Dr. Hardie received his designation Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, where he specialized in Exercise Work Physiology and Human Biomechanics. Currently he is completing his Fellowship in Sport Sciences. Dr. Hardie has the ability to treat patients, to reduce pain from injuries and to get you back into top performing shape whether you are a Weekend Warrior or a professional athlete. The treatment regime that is offered at City View targets injuries of the extremities, knees, wrists, shoulders and ankles. Dr. Hardie's patients include Nationally ranked Canadian Tennis Players, World Masters Runners, OHL First-round Draft picks, Hockey and Olympic Level Athletes.

Active Release Techniques (ART)

ART is a patented, soft tissue system that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved with ART.

Andrew is a successful Core Trainer based in Mississauga. Graduating from York University Kinesiology program in 2005, Andrew has developed a unique methodology of fitness training which focuses on developing whole-body functional strength. Training focuses on strengthening individuals body segments, correcting muscle imbalance and developing core strength. Training intensity progresses gradually and consistently. By combining the strength gains, increasing flexibility and improving cardiovascular function training adaptations result in easier performance of everyday tasks, recreational activities as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation. Over the years, with a personalized approach to each of his clients' specific needs. Andrew's training practices produce optimal gains in all of their fitness pursuits.

What Does A Chiropodist Do?
Chiropody is a branch of medical science that involves the assessment and management of our feet. Dr. Pontet is a registered Chiropodist practicing in Oakville since 1997. Her experience is both in the hospital setting and private practice. Her Chiropodial focus is on general foot care, custom made orthotics by plaster Paris casting technique, gait analysis and sports related injuries. Vanessa is the 2009, 2010 Oakville Beaver Diamond recipient for best Chiropodist, with a large referral basis from Mississauga, Oakville and the Burlington area. Vanessa worked at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital for 5 years. She volunteered at Credit Valley Hospital for the Diabetic foot clinic.


Jeremy Ryan

Jeremy obtained his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Since graduating in 2011, he has branched out into multiple facets of manual therapy. In addition to pursuing his Osteopathic diploma, he will be completing his certification in Functional Neurology and Functional Medicine in 2019-2020.

Jeremy has a special interest in the treatment of orthopaedic conditions of the spine, SI joint, knee and shoulder, as well as their interconnections to the visceral (organ) system. The bulk of his treatment approach lies in the use of manual therapy, which includes mobilizations and manipulations of the joints and muscles of the body. Adjuncts to his treatments include active individualized exercise programs, electro-acupuncture and visceral manipulation, all of which are variable depending on patient presentation. Jeremy has a special interest in treating runners, concussion patients, youth athletes, weekend warriors and chronic pain patients. His personal long-term goal is to offer patients the most comprehensive rehabilitation prevention service that captures both the patients’ physical impairments through Physiotherapy and Osteopathy and underlying causes of chronic diseases through Functional Medicine and Functional Neurology.
