Your Questions, My Answers

Most of my clients are directly from Mississauga or the surrounding areas. We train outdoors all year round. In the summer we run through the city parks and work out together as a team. We endevour to stay motivated and this means using different routes, trails, parks and of course the school track. We use the school track for our speed sessions and to learn pacing/tempo.This does not mean I do not seek clients in other areas.

Yes. I am a certified long distance coach. In addition I studied sports at university and successfully worked with several athletes of all levels. Please check out the “About Me“ page for more details about my biography.

Of course, you can train alone. But I believe that my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems, and goals. In addition, I am mainly your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I can recommend running paths or the right exercise. However, I believe in the team concept. So, we are in constant touch and meet on a regular basis.

That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are.
